On this website you will find an example of the application of an agent-based model to the simulation of sexual infections in a human population. The aim is to provide a comprehensive documentation of the Sexual Infections in Large-scale Agent-based Simulations (SILAS) project as well as general issues in the simulation of sexual infections using the FLAME-framework.
