I am a research assistant at the Department of Health Economics and Management at the Faculty of Public Health. Before that, I graduated in Public Health at the same faculty of the Bielefeld University, Germany. During my exchange semester at the ScHARR of the University of Sheffield I “caught the modeling bug” and since then my research interest is focused on decision analytic modeling. Besides working on my PhD-thesis, I am enrolled in the master’s degree programme “Statistical Sciences”.

The two “colleagues” above are forcing me to do their computations and they are bullying me for not being fast enough… I already have 16GB of RAM and an Intel® Xeon octo-core CPU with 3.30GHz. But, apparently, my HDD is too slow and needs to be replaced with a fancy SSD and they have seen through that I only have four physical cores.
